I'm not sure who the author /author's of these sayings are,but I thought they were worth sharing.

Yesterday we got 4 inches of snow. It had been 17 years since it snowed last and then it snowed at night so we didnt get to see it actually snowing. It was so beautiful falling in big huge flakes. It started about 7 am and continued until about 4 pm. When it first started that morning it was snow/sleet, but then the afternoon it was all snow. The horses didnt know what to think.

My sister-in-law has a horse that she got back in April. The people that owned him had basically starved him. He has come a long way since April. The only problem is he puts his neck over the gait and pushes down gagging his self. He does this all during the day, not just after eating grain. He does it even after grazing. I have not heard him sucking wind.
