Willow Creek Ranch
Sun, 2013-09-22 00:00 - Sat, 2013-09-28 00:00
This workshop combines the best of the best. Starting with you as a participant, nationally renowned American West photographer Adam Jahiel, and the unparalleled beauty of the Willow Creek Ranch at Hole in the Wall, near Kaycee, Wyoming, will combine to make this workshop a totally unique opportunity to improve your photography. While our focus will be on horses, the ranch and the surrounding landscape, this workshop will greatly improve your overall photography.
The workshop will include professional demonstration, and twice a day shooting assignments. Digital cameras are encouraged, so that participants can shoot, download, and share their work for review, critique and personal photographic improvement exercises. Special emphasis will be on natural light and action shooting.
A digital camera with manual capabilities is recommended. Although much of the emphasis will be on light, composition, color, and developing the photographer’s eye, the ability to gain control of the camera, (taking it off of automatic!), will be stressed.
This workshop is designed for amateurs who are interested in improving their digital photography. All participants must bring a digital SLR camera, a laptop computer is recommended, along with software for organizing and presenting images.
The workshop is limited to 10 participants.
