RECIPE
(serves 6)

• 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

• 1 (11-ounce) package corn tortillas, 

each tortilla cut into 6 pieces

• 1 onion, chopped

• 1 (10-ounce) can cream of chicken soup

• 1 (10-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

• ¾ cup chicken broth

• 1 (10-ounce) can tomatoes with green chiles

• 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese


DIRECTIONS
Arrange the chicken in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with tortilla pieces and sprinkle with the onion. Combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and tomatoes with green chiles in a bowl and mix well. Spread evenly over the onion and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until bubbly.
