For Darby, Mont.’s Triple Creek Ranch, 7th place never felt so good. In Condé Nast Traveler’s 23rd annual Readers’ Choice Awards, Triple Creek Ranch debuted at No. 7 on the Top 25 list of Mainland U.S. Small Resorts.

Based on six different criteria, including activities and facilities, food and dining, location, overall design, and rooms and service, Triple Creek Ranch excelled in each category, scoring an overall 88.8 points out of 100. This feat qualified the Ranch as one of the best small resorts and granted it its spot in the top 25.

The nearly 26 thousand Condé Nast Traveler readers who participated in the 2010 survey acted as the keepers of the list, determining its final outcome by voting for their favorites.

A first-timer to the list, Triple Creek Ranch holds its position amongst other high-scoring Readers’ Choice veterans, recognizing the Ranch as a premiere destination possessing potential to rise all the way to the top.
